Customs Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union are subject to customs taxes and duties. This cost is covered exclusively by the customer. The customs procedures and the time a parcel is held at the customs office depend on different factors, each on its own, and often country related.

This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.

Returns & Exchange

At HANDZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.  Returns and exchanges are made for the following reasons:

1. Product exchange due to size / model change. Possibility of return within 14 days from the day of receipt. The shipping fee is borne by our company and the product is changed.

2. Product Didn’t Match The Expectations. Possibility of return within 14 days from the day of receipt. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and your money will be refunded.

3. Return Due To Failure of Materials or Manufacture Within The Warranty.  Rare mistakes might happen. Possibility of return within the warranty period. The shipping fee is borne by our company and the product is changed.

If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept the return of unworn items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE VALID YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO RETURN PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK. PLEASE FILL IN THE RETURNS FORM HERE. Failure to do so will risk the items being lost and your return will not be accepted (parcels from customers that did not notify us will not be accepted by the building and will be returned to you by the courrier/post office).

To ship an item back to the HANDZ JEANS, do the following please:

  • Within the stipulated time period (14 days or warranty period) of receiving your collectible denims, fulfill and send us the return order form, indicating your order number, what you want to return and whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchange you have to indicate the desired model/size. 
  • We will get back to you with return instructions.

For a return or exchange to be valid:

  • All returned items should be in their new and original condition as you received them: with tags, unused, unwashed, unhemmed, not silk-screened and unworn.
  • All returns must be shipped to us with a tracking number and must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase (barring any customs-related delays for returns).
  • We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.

ANY COSTS INCURRED (INCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES) AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY US VIA EMAIL OR HEREIN, SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT.

Warranty

All HANDZ item(s) come with a one-year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, but not wear-and-tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim concerning an online purchase, please contact our customer service and fulfill and send us the return order form according to the procedure described above. If our customer service determines that you have a claim, the item(s) will be refunded.
