RARE HANDZ JEANS
HANDZ jeans offers you a selection of collectible jeans.
These jeans are crafted in Hellas with premium denim.
Our « Hellas » is the small city of Larissa in north of Greece.
We suggest to best not wash, or at least wash the latest and lightest possible, your jeans,
In order to enjoy the quality of the deep and dark premium indigo pigment.
You might know that indigo is a living pigment. It oxydizes at light and your jeans become more and more beautiful… if you avoid washing these.
Indigo is also a unique and natural pigment, which rubs off when worn.
During this first period, pigment migration might happen (be careful with white socks and white sofas….)
Our special indigo overdye helps preventing against this. Still… this is raw denim….
Your jeans are treated with POLYGIENE products.
This natural and sustainable spray, prevents against odor and bacteria.
For this reason, you don’t need to wash your jeans.
But if ever you wish to wash,
Do it softly, inside out, and wash seperately, 30°, by hand, with soap flakes.
NON SANFORIZED DENIM / SPECIAL CAUTION NEEDED
If you are the proud owner of a non sanforized rare japanese selvedge jeans from HANDZ, then please think about this:
Non sanforized jeans are the purest and most authentic version of denim.
The fabric lasts longer, the indigo is deeper, the surface structure is stronger.
The fading will be the most fabulous, most contrasted.
Like all non sanforized jeans, this pair of HANDZ jeans might have twisting fabric, and might shrink over average, when in contact with water.
